When you choose a camp with us, you're in good hands.
1. Participation & Eligibility
Plett Padel Camp is an invite-only event. Participation is limited to 12 guests per camp. All participants must be invited by the organisers and confirm their attendance in writing. The organisers reserve the right to decline or revoke an invitation at their sole discretion.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment details will be provided upon acceptance of your invitation. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include accommodation, coaching, and scheduled activities unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund less an administrative fee. Cancellations made 15–30 days before the camp will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the camp are non-refundable. The organisers reserve the right to cancel any camp due to insufficient bookings or force majeure, in which case full refunds will be issued.
4. Weather & Outdoor Activities
Padel activities are planned for outdoor courts at Plett Country Club. In the event of rain or adverse weather, sessions will be moved indoors to Absolute Padel Plett, ensuring the programme continues without disruption. No refunds will be issued for weather-related changes to the programme.
5. Health, Fitness & Liability
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in padel and related activities. Plett Padel Camp, La Vista Lodge, and any affiliated coaches or organisers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in camp activities. All participants attend at their own risk.
6. Accommodation
Accommodation is provided at La Vista Lodge, Plettenberg Bay. Check-in and check-out times will be communicated with your confirmation. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property during their stay. The lodge rules must be respected at all times.
7. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Unsportsmanlike behaviour, harassment, or conduct deemed inappropriate by the organisers may result in immediate removal from the camp without refund.
8. Photography & Media
By participating in Plett Padel Camp, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and social media use. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify the organisers in writing prior to the camp.
